ONE BOOK 2008
The North Central Regional Library is sponsoring a One Book Program starting in April and running through August. Everyone in the community will be reading the same book, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian by Sherman Alexie. This is a good choice for high school students and adults. This book is the National Book Award Winner 2007 for Young Peoples Literature. Books are available at the library.
SUMMER READING PROGRAM BEGINS ON JUNE 11!
Summer Reading sign-ups begin as public school gets out on Wednesday, June 11, but you can sign-up anytime all summer. We’ll be keeping track of the minutes you read from June 11 until the program ends on August 27. Please help us read more minutes this summer than we did last summer!
