It's Up to You...

NCRL now offers two options for receiving notices of holds or overdues - either by email or telephone!

No more waiting for paper notices to be sent by the postal service!  You will be notified right away when there is a hold waiting for you either by telephone message or email.

Help us save on costly postage!

What will the library send me?

1.  Notices for items that are overdue.

2.  Notices for items that you have reserved when they are ready for you to pick up.

How do I sign up for notices via telephone or email?

Go to your local branch and ask the librarian to help you make the change.

OR

Go to www.ncrl.org

  • Click on Account Login
  • After entering Login number and Password number, click on My Messaging
  • Check box for telephone or email preference you wish to receive.
  • Go to My Personal Details to confirm correct telephone number and/or email address. If corrections need to be made, contact your local branch library or email the information to circ@ncrl.org.
